We are passionate about empowering women and minorities to launch their own marketing business or side hustle in the hopes that they gain financial independence and the opportunity to pursue a more rewarding work-life balance. That’s why we seek out these self-driven, talented individuals and teams to support our work so we can deliver the best possible results for our clients.

  • Clients have access to a wide array of marketing services without having to manage different individuals or agencies for each aspect of their marketing, Rani Wise Co. oversees and manages all projects and deliverables.

  • Collaborators work with Rani Wise Co. on projects for our clients, growing their workload while simplifying communications. We also provide trainings and mentorship opportunities for individuals just launching their freelance business or agency.

  • Rani Wise Co. takes on more projects and clients without the need to increase expenses or fees. Collaborators also help keep us up to speed on all of the latest marketing trends as they often specialize in one particular area of marketing.

Chelsea Buck-Leilich, MSSW
Chelsea Buck-Leilich, MSSW

Chelsea is a nonprofit development professional with over a decade of experience in fundraising and marketing. She has a proven track record in building successful relationships, engaging stakeholders and furthering organizational goals and objectives. Chelsea has extensive experience in grant writing, communications and PR, board relations and major gift fundraising.

Kristi Bui
Kristi Bui

Kristi is a software engineer based in New York City and Connecticut. She's worked in technology roles in the finance and healthcare industry, and her interests lie in front-end development and data engineering. She is particularly passionate about creating inclusive spaces for underrepresented minorities to excel in tech.

Victoria Farley

Tori is the founder of Better Than Belts, a made-in-USA suspenders brand that has raised over $11K on Kickstarter. While she wears many hats, she is an expert in digital marketing and making data-driven decisions. As a small business owner herself, she has a deep understanding of the challenges small businesses face and how to prioritize the most impactful work.

In her spare time she moderates a group of over 20 female founders of direct to consumer brands.

Laurie Mega
